Course outline

Trainers to explain that all participants will be given the chance to speak and they must listen actively to all the presentations in order to understand, ask questions when necessary and to give scores.

The participant with the highest score will be awarded the “Top Graduate” trophy donated by the trainers. The objective of the workshop is for the participants to know and learn from each other. 

The trainers will provide the guidance, share their experiences and coach the participants so that they can embark on a journey to realize their full potential. Although it is a serious matter and can be life changing for some, the workshop will be made very enjoyable.

Learning is more effective when there is much fun as the brain will be more receptive. When loaded with lectures and instructions, especially by the superiors, they are often ignored or not followed.

Summary  

Participants are reminded to complete and handover their score sheets and course evaluations when ready. The scores given by the trainers will be added and the name of the “Top Graduate” announced within 72 hours.

Participants eager to give verbal feedbacks on the spot will be allowed a final say. The trainers will then summarize the learning experience for the day and the follow up actions to be taken after the workshop. In the final analysis, habits determine success.
